Read to your child?

I remember 13 years ago when I was a new mother. One day, when the TV was on my child looked up and pointed at the television and said, "oatmeal". Sure enough, the word on the oatmeal was TV. I had no idea how he knew I thought it was a fluke.

Fast forward about eight years and then I had four children. I came across a book called "How to teach your child to read." From the first pages I was hooked, and although I never had an idea before reading this book that children canlearn to read, I knew in my heart that this was certainly possible. I was excited and ready to live in the attempt. Anyway, my other children all seemed very wise to me. Could quickly pick things up, so why not teach them to read? The opportunity has been extremely exciting.

I do not want to bore you with what I did flash cards and books for my children and I spent hours and hours so that such materials. I showed my baby at this time flash cards and booksand so on. He learned a lot, but did not know how to read a child. I was a bit 'disappointed, just as disorganized. I always felt a few steps behind what I needed for the program without problems. However, when four years with a little 'phonetic instruction started reading almost everything. Was not the result I hoped for, but we got where we wanted to be. He read and read well.

With the news of my pregnancy after I felt that this time would be. I hadmy stuff ready and organized and we had been born as early as three months after the child. You see, children can learn many things and reading is not a challenge for them. The secret lies in the words big and strong enough for them to distinguish what is easy. If you add that one of the factors in the environment in which our children learn to read words.

I am pleased to report that my child had to learn to read a child. We had a lot of fun playing with the language, ifLetters with foam in the bathtub or alphabet blocks on the floor. The reading was just natural for him, and he has never struggled to learn to read.

I heard the results of a study that said the other day that preschool children can be seen in this situation, are up to 50 different brands. Many people were horrified to think that children that young people are influenced by marketing, but I thought it was terrible proof that if the tongue larger and stronger, more people may say, "My son canto read. "Maybe it was, read my child still in position, oatmeal word so many years? You never know.
